Traveling through open countryside and rolling hills to remote villages in Odisha  Pastor Nabin and his friends from this local village church. These are mud homes hard as concrete made from local clay soil. Goats were out on lunch. This little village was built on the side of a mountain given to these poor families by the government to settle on. A very popular women’s evening sport in India. Pastors conference with pastors from surrounding village churches.  Travelling to tribal villages Pop quiz, which one looks safer, this one…? ... or this one? A long slender fibrous green pod from the Moringa tree something like asparagus. Remove the beds and a small village home becomes a church! Church teens  A family brick making business. One of the sons in front of the machine that mixes the mud which gets poured one by one into the mold he is holding. I’m not sure, but I’m pretty sure this is the first rototiller ever invented. It grinds up the clay soil into powder to go into the mixer above. Bricks drying in the sun Bricks are then stacked around a large log fire and baked for 3 days This little church is surrounded by 16 tribal villages in the mountains that have never heard the name Jesus. Their mission is one by one to reach all of them! The pastor was so excited about our biblical presentation he wanted to say a few words about it.Notice her leathery skin from many years of hard work in the fields. Roz offered and was on her way out to help this woman in the fields, and everyone shouted out “Not dressed like that you don’t!”

Travelling out to the villages in northern India.     Pastor Nabin’s Church that we built.Children acting out a bible song.Pastors training conference  4 adults were baptized and welcomed into the church!Hay storage for cows too lazy to walk out to pasture  The pastors in this training believed in inviting their wives to come!
